These guidelines apply to playthroughs of ghostpia which are either streamed or uploaded on the internet.

• ghostpia: Season one (all five chapters)

• ghostpia: Season one demo

• ghostpia, iOS and browser versions, chapters 1 to 4

• Stream any part of the game you want,including all chapters from 1 to 5.

  Note: please add your commentary, either voiced or textual, editing, or some other kind of transformative element to the video. Do not simply upload videos of the game as it is.
  Latest update: April 6th, 2023 - Removal of the last chapter embarg

• Keep the game's volume on.

  ghostpia does include some songs, but you will not be copyright-striked for streaming them.

• Include a link to either the Chosuido team website or ghostpia website in the stream's or video's description.

As long as you follow these points, you are free to stream ghostpia and monetize the videos.

The following are not allowed, and, if we find evidence of them, we will ask for the video in question to be taken down.

We cannot reply to individual queries about the guidelines. Please use your own judgement.

• Share individual parts of ghostpia (such as graphic assets, songs, voices, etc.) without commentary.

  Note: you can use share functions included in the game, such as those from the Nintendo Switch system.

• Upload content that breaks the law.

• Upload defamatory content, explanatory videos, text-only videos, or videos of illicitly obtained or modified copies of ghostpia.

• Make statements that may prevent others from streaming or playing ghostpia as well.

• Upload content that goes against the rules of the video platform you are using.

• Upload content that goes against public decency and morals except for what is already portrayed in the game.

• Upload content that goes against the rules of the system provider for console versions.

• Upload content that goes against the rules of the system provider for console versions.

  Note: such rules take precedence over our guidelines.

  Please note that the Nintendo Switch version of ghostpia includes content owned by Nintendo.

Please feel free to use these for creating thumbnails and more when streaming on platforms like YouTube or Twitch.
